Shipping Terms & Conditions
- All prices are in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice.
- Payment terms are payment in advance or via purchase order with customers who establish an account with AsisChem. Please contact finance@asischem.com if you wish to establish an account.
- New customers may be asked for full or partial pre-payment.
- Any tax, sales tax, custom duty or any additional fee related to the sale shall be paid entirely by the buyer.
- AsisChem will ship orders via UPS, DHL Express, or other similar carrier, to provide the best rate and lead time for the buyer. We will pre-pay and add the shipping fee to the invoice unless the buyer provides a UPS or DHL account number.
- Prices are EXW unless different arrangements are made. AsisChem makes no warranties, express or implied regarding the products for sale on this website, including any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. AsisChem’ss sole and exclusive liability hereunder shall be limited to price paid for the product in question. In no event shall AsisChem be liable for any special or consequential damages of the Customer arising out of any acts or omissions of AsisChem. The Customer agrees to defend and hold AsisChem harmless from any claims arising from the use of any of AsisChem’s products. The buyer agrees to the above conditions when he orders from AsisChem Inc.
