Commercial Sample Collection

AsisChem provides high quality compounds for pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies for HTS and drug discovery. Our present Commercial Sample Collection contains readily available synthetic organic compounds that meet many of the criteria of the pharmaceutical industry's current hit-to-lead discovery process. Most compounds in the collection are novel molecules. Additions to our Stock are made on a regular basis.

Compounds must fulfill a certain number of criteria before they are included in our database. Their structure must be new, the compound has to exhibit structural characteristics of a biologically active compound, meet Absorption Distribution Metabolism Excretion (ADME) requirements and increased structural diversity requirements (see also our AsisDiverse Collection). Most of our compounds comply with Lipinskis' and Vebers' rules. In case a certain molecule shows activity in drug discovery screenings, we could supply a confirmation sample and/or the compound can be synthesized again in any quantity (by customer's request). We are now able to offer integrated services, including medicinal chemistry, hit-to-lead, and lead optimization). Our experts can help you in designing a library and building up an Exclusive Custom Library of any size.

The screening compounds can be delivered in mass or molar quantities in customer preferred material (vials as well as plates). Selection can be done by the customer himself or by our specialists, who can assist in the creation of a desired set of compounds, by taking into account our customers' requirements.

AsisDiverse - Our Diversity Collection

AsisDiverse Collection is a small molecule collection designed as a universal screening library, covering the broadest part of pharmacophore diversity space with the minimum number of compounds. AsisDiverse is particularly useful for primary screening against a wide range of biological targets, including those where no structural information is available providing our customers with diverse and novel drug-like small molecules. The compounds can be supplied in 0.25, 0.5 mg (Costar 96-well microtiter plates with u-shaped bottom or solid Beckman 96-deepwell plates) or 1 mg solid Beckman 96-deepwell plates. Each plate contains 80 compounds, columns 1 and 2 remain empty for the mass based plates and columns 1 and 12 for the molar based plates. This library is available from stock and can be supplied within 3 weeks after ordering. Compounds can also be purchased as individual plates or cherry-picked and plated on a custom basis. Exclusive Custom Library

We have considerable expertise in analyzing SAR / QSAR data, followed by design and synthesis of new compound collections for our customers.
