Medicinal Chemistry Leader
We are looking for an experienced medicinal chemistry leader to join our growing team.

Requirements:
  • A strong chemistry background with five or more years of medicinal chemistry experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
  • The candidate should have hands-on experience in the entire drug discovery process including lead generation, lead optimization, in vivo pharmacology, biopharmaceutical science, process development and preclinical safety assessment.
  • Demonstrated track record as a scientific leader within the pharmaceutical industry which required critical decision making on successful project transitions and terminations, effective resource utilization as well as publications, presentations and patents.
  • The candidate must be fluent in both English and Russian.

Business Development Account Manager

AsisChem provides custom services to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and non-profit drug discovery organizations around the world. We are looking for an experienced sales professional to add to our growing Business Development team. This position is primarily an inside sales position, with some customer facing meetings and limited travel.

Requirements:

- Previous sales experience in a CRO or elsewhere life sciences industry
- Experience calling on, and developing opportunities with, biotech and pharma companies
- Life science degree preferred
- Solutions orientated, customer driven
- Strong analytical and selling skills
- Aggressive, hunter mentality
- Enjoys outbound phone work
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as part of a growing team
- Excellent presentation skills
- Metrics and process driven
- Demonstrable record of success in a fast paced selling environment
- Strong prospecting skills
